We know decades come and go in a blink of an eye and along with that comes mementoes. No judgment here... but we will help you confidently organize, gift, and donate things that you no longer need.

In-House Estate Planning & Sale

With our sales professionals, we can come in and help you plan, set proper expectations, and execute an estate sale right there in your home. We are not here to push you into selling your possessions. Instead, we will plan out each room you want the estate sale to be part of and meticulously price every item. We list the higher end items online to draw a bigger crowd and with that comes higher priced sales. 

Home Upgrades

With our referrals from structural engineers and our in-house contactor, we will pull all needed permits, provide upfront costs, and execute the project in a timely manner. What does this mean for you? No headaches and no having to go to the city offices 100 times. All we will need you to do is tell us your vision, and we will take it from there. You will of course you will have all final says.

Moving

In our opinion, this is the largest undertaking of them all. We do have an in-house move team and will provide every detail on how the move will happen. What we also bring to the table is very detailed & color-coded boxes that clearly say on the outside what is packed away inside the box. This ensures that we will have everything you want to take with you in each box. No more second guessing where an item is that is packed away. 

Down-Sizing

When people think about downsizing, that can mean moving to a smaller ranch house, but to others maybe you are moving into a more helpful living environment. Moving from a 3-bedroom, 2 story home into a 1-bedroom ranch may sound intimidating, but we are here to help. We can come up with creative ideas on how to bring with you what means most and what can fit in your new home. We can come up with ideas of what to do with what does not make the list of what to take with you.
